ACM SouthEast provides an excellent forum for faculty, students, industry practitioners, and researchers to present their research in a friendly and dynamic atmosphere. 


Due to the new development of COVID-19, the organizing committee of ACMSE 2020 and the steering committee of ACMSE have decided to turn the ACMSE 2020 to a fully synchronous online conference. We are sorry that any inconvenience you may have. The proceeding publication will be on schedule. We are revising no-show policy to include synchronous online presentations. The committees are working on several technology options and will announce detailed instructions after a technology is selected.


ACMSE 2020 will be held at University of South Florida, Marshall Student Center located at 4103 Cedar Circle, Tampa, FL 33620. The area offers a variety of historic and recreational sites including the historic Tampa is a major city in, and the county seat of, Hillsborough County, Florida, United States. It is on the west coast of Florida on Tampa Bay, near the Gulf of Mexico, and is the largest city in the Tampa Bay Area. The bay's port is the largest in the state, near downtown's Channel District. Bayshore Boulevard runs along the bay, and is east of the historic Hyde Park neighborhood.
The Tampa area is home to a number of museums that cover a wide array of subjects and studies. These include the Museum of Science & Industry (MOSI), which has several floors of science-related exhibits plus the only domed IMAX theater in Florida and a planetarium; the Tampa Museum of Art; the USF Contemporary Art Museum; the Tampa Bay History Center; the Tampa Firefighters Museum; the Henry B. Plant Museum; and Ybor City Museum State Park. Permanently docked in downtown's Channel District is the SS American Victory, a former World War II Victory ship which is now used as a museum ship. Busch Gardens Tampa has heart-lurching roller coasters, heat-beating water activities, climbing complexes, outstanding musical entertainment, and expansive safari lands with wild animals. It's an amazing universe of fun, and so diverse that it's tough to pick favorites.
